The Data Analyst will be part of the Customer Lifecycle Management team who are responsible for the overall customer experience for all brands within Schibsted News Media. We are mainly working with segmentation, how to use data, personalisation and the overall customer lifecycle. We are responsible for over 1.3 million subscribers across our many brands.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies on how to improve Customer Experiences with data
Participate and contribute to our development of behavioral customer segments, clustering and prediction modeling
Analyze data across brands to find commercial opportunities within upsell, engagement and loyalty-activities
Contribute to experimentation with data-driven communication to enhance customer experiences
Analyze/report on the effect of our customer communication and customer journeys, and turn this into actionable insight
Responsible for developing and improving CX dashboards for common KPIs across Schibsted News Media
Experience and qualifications:
We are looking for a person who has strong analytical understanding and hands-on experience with interpreting data in a commercial context, and for commercial purposes. We would also appreciate some experience with data-driven experiments on how to improve digital customer communication.
To be able to engage customers and improve their loyalty to our news media brands, you need to be able to think outside of the box. We are looking for creativity in ways of using our data, so you need to have experience in analyzing and operationalizing data for experimentation, and then iterate to always improve further.
You should preferably have experience with SQL and/or Python. And in terms of tools, it would be awesome if you have some knowledge of systems like Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, and AWS. Any interest, knowledge or experience with machine learning or data engineering skills is the ultimate bonus.
