Your objective will be to drive value through the digital customer journey, ensuring that all website content is accurate, suitable for our customer segments, and aligned with our commercial goals. You and your team will be responsible for all website copy and images, collaborating with both internal and external content creators/producers and global departments.

The first year you will

  • Join a high-performing team of passionate technologists, E-commerce specialists and marketeers delivering solutions for Hurtigruten
  • Understand and support regional markets and associated tactical marketing campaigns
  • Optimise websites for search engines and conversion
  • Execute global strategic projects and initiatives – be it new itineraries, content marketing activities, or web development related improvements


Qualifications
Ideally, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Up to 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the travel industry and/or with global brands
  • Understanding of other digital/performance marketing channels including email, paid search, programmatic and paid social
  • Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA/Confluence and Trello advantageous), a CMS (EpiSever preferred), and Google Analytics
  • Basic graphic design and experience using Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
  • Experience copywriting, translating, proofing and/or editing of copy is desirable


Language
English mandatory plus any other languages desirable (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German and/or French)
