To deliver on our strategy of developing meaningful and authentic relationships with our potential, current and past guests, we are looking for our new CRM Data Analyst with responsibility for developing, maintaining and analysing customer data in our CRM platform.

The first year you will
You will be part of our Global CRM and Loyalty Team, and in the first year as a CRM Data Analyst, you will experience;

  • Managing and analyzing of customer data

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree within Mathematics or Statistics
  • Higher IT or equivalent work experience
  • Experience from working in similar roles within CRM
  • Analytical tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel and SQL
  • Experience in the Agile Way of Work is advantageous
  • Having a growth mindset, with a can-do attitude
  • Commercially oriented
  • Excellent spoken and written English
