DEFA is growing in existing and new markets and have an ambitious product development plan. As Content Marketing Manager in the corporate marketing team you will develop creative and appealing content and communications to build and increase the DEFA brand and value proposition messaging to various target audiences, across markets and business areas, and through different communication channels.


You will make sure that DEFAs communication distinguishes our products from the competitors and has a clear customer value proposition fitted for the local markets. You will contribute to grow ambassadors and fan base in social media, and hold the role as editor of You will closely cooperate with the Group Marketing manager, the local marketing teams, product managers and local sales team, as well as external agencies and partners.


  • hold a Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, social media or related fields
  • have 3-5 year experience from advertising, digital/content agency or copy writing, with proven track record in writing/storytelling
  • love to write stories and texts of high quality and you understand the importance of adapting content to different channels and target groups
  • are a creative thinker with a strategic mind, and with the ability to develop and execute new ideas
  • have good knowledge of principles for developing and writing content for digital and social media, as well as understanding how to build social media audiences and campaigns.
  • have strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • should have good knowledge of Wordpress, various media/social media platforms, and have experience in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM
  • speak and write English fluently
