About the Role

As a Key Account Manager at Azerion Norway, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of advertising formats such as display, video, native, programmatic, DOOH, audio and rich media ads. You will act as a trusted advisor to advertisers and agencies, providing education and guidance on Azerion’s offerings to optimize their advertising strategies.

Your primary objective will be to meet and secure new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships.

Title: Key Account Manager – Azerion Norway
Employment: Full-time, subject to a 6-month probationary period
Location: Oslo, Norway

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, adtech sales, or account management, ideally including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, or similar technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. We speak Norwegian locally at the office, although the company language is English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Experience with campaign and IO sales.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • A bachelor’s degree and/or studies in digital marketing is considered a plus, but not required.

Candidates must be currently residing in Norway, as we are unable to offer relocation support.
