Drive campaign management and accelerate growth

As our Paid Search Specialist you will lead various projects, while scaling existing and new clients using the latest technologies.

Specifically, you can look forward to:

  • Planning, setting up and optimising campaigns
  • Daily optimization and maintenance of various campaigns across clients and markets
  • Managing budgets and ensuring clients are informed about insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Conducting client meetings
  • Reporting on campaign performance

Our team consists of Directors, Seniors, Specialists and Associates across our two offices in Norway, Oslo and Moss. A collaborative environment where every voice is heard is top priority to us. You can probably recognise the following about yourself:

  • Have spent the last 1-2 years working as a Paid Search specialist in an agency or in-house
  • Have experience with Excel/Sheets and some experience with data optimization, such as Google Ads
  • Are a skilled communicator who thrives on engaging with clients both in person and digitally
  • Are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing


We don’t expect you to have experience in all the areas listed above, but if you come with the right attitude and motivation, we will do our best to help you become one of the best in the field.
