As our new Presentation Designer, you will be part of the marketing communication team, contributing to exceptional content deliver and quality via the creation, coordination and management of company presentations and other editorial content. The role will report to the Marketing Director, collaborating within the team as well as across other teams internally.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing Nordic's official communication templates; Aligning all company document templates (Word, PowerPoint) with current brand and style guidelines; Holding responsibility for compliance and accuracy of formal company presentations and documents; Work with external vendors on template design and build
  • Building official presentations, in conjunction with key stakeholders; Coordinate key contributors into alignment to build shared/group presentations; Implement key messages into visually impactful presentations; Take part in story building and presentation flow design; Ensure final output is in line with messaging and brand guidelines
  • Content creation - Editorial; Support Nordic's content strategy by contributing written content to Nordic's written publications, web, social media and other channels
  • Internal user training; Ensure full company adherence to current templates and styles; Act as the resource within Nordic who can demonstrate the features and styles within our company templates and presentations; Manage presentation access, storage and protection
  • Marketing Project support; Support marketing campaigns and projects via participation in selected projects


Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially template management and advanced features
  • Excellent content creation skills - writing and editing
  • Native-level English communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work effectively across groups and levels
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and trends.
