Your main responsibilities will be to develop engaging content about digital advisory, sustainability, and our industry expertise. Together with our marketing team you will create cross-channel ideas for execution and distribution.
You will be a part of the global marketing communications team and report to the Director of Global Marketing Communications. This position is based in Oslo, as part of your assignment will be to work closely to the Marketing Director in Norway, strengthening Norwegian marketing and communications, contributing to increasing brand awareness and ultimately our market share in Norway. You will need to be a good digital collaborator as your colleagues are spread out across countries.

- A degree within journalism or creative writing
- At least three years of experience working as a copywriter / journalist
- Good understanding of building a brand through storytelling
- Great knowledge about digital communication and the evolving marketing landscape
- SEO-writing skills
- Experience from B2B in the Nordics
- Ability to work structured and organized
- Excellent English and Norwegian language skills
You will be an important participant in the idea development and will write for a variety of channels, mostly digital, all contributing to building our brand:
- Articles, blogs and feature
- Customer references/customer testimonials
- Script writing for podcast interviews
- E-books, white papers
- Copy for social media and paid advertising
And most importantly, you have to be curious, eager to learn, good at collaboration and a contributor to a great working environment and even greater campaigns and content.
