Now we are looking for a star candidate to join our team as a Marketing Manager for Scandinavia focusing on reaching new users and extending the Otovo brand far and wide. We do marketing that is quantifiable, and where we can be certain that we create value from every krone or euro spent. We expect you to be good with numbers and know your tools. This is where creativity meets analytics head on.

You’ll report to our group CMO and work closely with the General Manager for Scandinavia to help create increased sales and reach profitability. You like to work in a flexible environment and are driven by creating results, rather than talk about a plan forever. You enjoy working with developers and tech people on the one hand, and with creative agencies and marketing folks on the other. 

As a Marketing Manager you will

  • Manage our internal marketing channels such as emails marketing and referral program
  • Create and maintain high-quality content aligned with the content strategy
  • Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Represent Otovo at events and with national PR
  • Explore business development opportunities (sponsorships, partnerships, and co-marketing promotions) to increase awareness and visibility of Otovo in Scandinavia
  • Help scale our other markets through developing and sharing best practices in local markets

Desired skills and experience:

  • 3+ years marketing & communications experience, typically at an agency. We look for young, fun, creative, smart, yet business driven individuals.
  • Data-driven decision maker and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
  • Creative solutions driven mindset, with a "get things done" attitude
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, hunger and humility
  • A strong network and a desire to make it grow
  • Teamwork - we’re a closeknit team, and we all work together
  • Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language (Swedish is a plus)
