As a part of the newly formed HR structure we have established a new role as global responsible for Employer Branding. Your main objective will be to develop and ensure that we follow a globally aligned strategy for employer branding overall and recruitment specifically – to create the conditions needed to attract and retain the right people. Your scope will reflect the national and international framework and business environment in which we operate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a global strategy for Employer Branding, with local demographic adjustments, e.g. to the different countries, markets and candidate markets
- Develop and coordinate the Nordic People Engagement Strategy
- Standardization of recruitment procedures nationally and globally and contributing to development and embedding a high-performance culture. Together with the wider team, act as proactive support in recruitment processes for line managers
- Driving and developing communication initiatives internally and externally to enhance employer branding, organizational engagement, awareness and commitment
In order to be successful in this role you must have extensive knowledge of and experience from international HR and/or Marketing work including strategic Employer Branding and Recruitment. You need to be business-oriented, with the ability to contribute to growth through a strategic and operational mindset, developing and using your network both inside and outside the organization. You must be able to gain traction in the organization and drive processes even when facing resistance. You must thrive working in a fast-paced environment where you need to handle a wide range of tasks in the span between the strategic and operational perspective. In this newly established role, the right candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the position in parallel with creating value for the business.
Working language is English. Some travelling must be expected.
