Kjetil has more than 30 years of strategy, marketing and business experience across four industries (FMCG - Mondelez, energy - Equinor, finance – ANZ Bank and wine – Treasury Wine Estates), having worked in Oslo, Stockholm, London, Zurich and Melbourne. He has spent 25 years abroad working in regional and global roles with a focus on growing businesses profitably both domestically as well as internationally.
He is a values-based leader who believes strongly in delegating and empowering teams, working cross-functionally, with a determined sense of creating value, both from a people development area and business results.
Kjetil is currently working with Innovation Norway, the government body set up to help businesses grow outside Norway, supporting five industries: offshore wind, green maritime, aqua culture, health and manufacturing&design. He is also working as an advisor across Europe, US and Asia, in addition to being a coach.
