She is passionate about marketing serving as a strategic driver of growth and change, purpose-driven brands, strategic storytelling and enhancing the client and employee experience.
As the Global Head of Brand and Corporate Communications at Avanade, she oversees brand strategy, PR/media relations, CEO and c-suite communications, analyst relations, and social media. She has previously served as CMO Europe and Global Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations at Avanade. Lise is also involved in the company's Responsible Business and Corporate Citizenship mission and its non-profit business, integrating ESG practices and AI into strategic initiatives to foster innovation and drive business growth.
Prior to Avanade, Lise worked as a management consultant at Accenture and B2B marketing specialist consultancies. Her career has been marked by significant leadership roles in marketing and communications, implementing strategic change initiatives, and defining company vision and strategy. She is dedicated to driving growth and optimizing the customer experience.
Lise holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, a Master's in International Relations from SAIS Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Brown University. Her multilingual capabilities and cultural fluency, having lived and worked in the UK, US, Norway, Italy, and France, enhance her ability to navigate and lead in diverse environments.
