Jenny Hermanson is Spotify’s Managing Director for the Nordic region. She has earned recognition as a future leader, both within the company and the Swedish business community, with notable achievements and involvement in initiatives supporting innovation, equality and social change. With a genuine passion for business and a visionary leadership style, Jenny oversees all aspects of the Nordic business, from user growth to brand positioning. With over a decade of experience within the company, Jenny has worked in various roles across ad sales, marketing, and business operations. Prior to joining Spotify, she spent five years at Microsoft, working in both software management and advertising. She has also worked at Software Spectrum, the world's largest Microsoft Large Account Reseller (LAR).
