As Head of Content Nordics, Andreas Hjertø is responsible for identifying and acquiring the best local content for Nordic audiences across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
In building the slate of locally produced and acquired Nordic content, the team works to bolster the Prime Video global offering of thousands of popular movies and TV shows, including Emmy-winner The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, The Boys, The Grand Tour, Reacher, The Tender Bar, Being the Ricardos and Thirteen Lives.
With extensive experience managing, producing, commissioning and developing content on all platforms, Hjertø was previously MD for Limlight, transforming it into Rakett, and more recently spent five years as Program Director for NENT.
