Fredrik has 17 years’ experience of advising Media and Internet companies on corporate transactions, covering private and public companies as well as individual and institutional shareholders. Prior to founding Stella Advisors in 2005 Fredrik was a Director at LongAcre Partners (subsequently acquired by the US investment bank, Jefferies), the leading European media industry investment bank behind deals such as the $200 million sale of Celador, the production company behind ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’, the $380 million sale of uSwitch, the internet price comparison company, and the USD 800 million sale of Trader Classified Media to Schibsted. In 1998 Fredrik co-founded Lommen Corporate Finance, a Media and Internet focused corporate finance advisor, which completed more than 40 transactions in the sector before it was acquired by Long Acre Partners in 2001. Between 1995-1998, Fredrik was an Associate with Hallvarsson & Halvarson.
